POSTAL ENTRY ROUTE

1.
To enter the Competition for free through Postal Route:

(a) send a completed entry form, which you can download by prepaid first or second-class post to Victri Ltd, Generator Hub, The Gallery, Kings Wharf, The Quay, Exeter, Devon EX2 4AN, to arrive no later than 24 hours before the Closing Date ;

(b) include the following information: full name, address, telephone number, email address and any other information outlined in the Competition form;

(c) you must provide answers to all Competition Questions provided.

All required information specified on the Competition form must be completed to be eligible to enter and win.

Victri will not accept hand delivered entries and any incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified

All entries must be in English language and there is no charge to register for use of the website. All Entrants information must match the account details.
4.
Victri will not accept:

(a) responsibility for Competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind;

(b) proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition;

The maximum number of entries to a Competition will be stated on the Website. If an Entrant exceeds the entry limit for a Competition, all entries received over the limit (in order of receipt) will be void and ineligible to win.

Each free entry must be submitted and posted to Victri separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries. Victri reserves the right at its discretion to treat a bulk entry if received as one single entry.
7.
All entries must be submitted by the individual Entrant to be valid. Use of multiple addresses, including email addresses, identities, logins, devices, or any other tactics used in an effort to receive entries over an entry limit is prohibited and will void any entry from the Entrant which may lead to disqualification.
8.
Victri will not accept Competition entries that are: automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications); completed by third parties; illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; photocopies and not originals; or incomplete.
9.
You must have created an account on the Website for free entry to be processed. Postal entries received without a registered account may not be processed. All information on the postal application must correspond to the information on the account.
10.
Postal entry does not guarantee entry into a draw if it does not reach Victri before the Closing Date specified or if it gets lost.
11.
Please note that, Victri must receive your entries 24 hours before Closing Date of the Competition. Entries not received 24 hours before the Closing Date will not be entered into the next like for like draw.
12.
Where a competition is priced at a lesser value than postage, multiple entries will be credited for each postal entry up to the value of second class postage.
13.
The system for allocating prizes does not discriminate between the two entry routes.
